The first challenge to the republic were the Eighties, a large gang of road warriors who were based at Sac-City, the former capital of California. The NCR flourished under his rule, adopting expansionist policies of quickly expanding its banner to encompass most of California. It was founded by Aradesh, the first president of the republic and mayor of Shady Sands. The NCR was formed out of the village of Shady Sands.
The campaign into Seattle is currently headed by the NCR Seattle Expedition. They are currently campaigning in Seattle, attempting to expand their armed forces for their campaigning against Caesar's Legion. The New California Republic is a representative democracy spanning from California to Washington, occupying land in California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
